Deposits for Multi Day Motor coach Tours are $150 per person for most tours, and balance is due 30 days before departure.
100% refund policy for medical reasons on most motor coach tours up to 7 days before departure.
Tours 9 days or longer, Canadian, special event and Holiday Tours require 14 to 30 days notice for full refund.
Cruise/Tours have specific terms.
Cancellation insurance is available for any tour.
All Group Day Trip Charters require a deposit of $100 per bus. Balance is due 15 days prior to departure. Cancel group 30 days in advance with a full refund.
Individual cancellations will be refunded up to 7 days prior to departure, with a maximum of 5 refunds for the group.
All Group Overnight Trip Charters require a deposit of $250 per bus. The balance is due along with a rooming list 30 days prior to departure. Cancel group 30 days in advance with a full refund.
Individual cancellations will be refunded up to 7 days prior to departure, with a maximum of 5 refunds for the group.

Responsibility: SENIOR TRAVEL SERVICE, INC., and/or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service, and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss accident or delay to persons or property due to an act of default or any hotel, carrier, restaurant, or company or persons rendering any of the services included in a tour or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damaged or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraint, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchaser of these tours and/or the passenger(s). Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category, if necessary. No refund or unused features or services.
